One of our cousin took us out to lunch to this Japanese Soba Bar called Abura Soba. It was an interesting little place as it boasts a different way to eat a Soba Noodle to what we know previously. You get the noodle in a bowl already with its own toppings and meat almost like a Ramen without the soup. The sauce of the Soba is already underneath waiting for it to be mixed. The menu states that we have to add two rounds of vinegar then two rounds of chilli and mix it up. I actually never had this kind of Soba before and it was surprisingly really nice. I am hoping something like this will pop up in Sydney soon! If it has already, someone please share with me where!
