Raita Noda Chef Kitchen in Sydney is a recently opened fine dining restaurant that only seats 8 guest per night. Raita Noda used to be the head chef of an award winning restaurant at Circular Quay called Ocean Room. When the restaurant closed, he opened his own fine dining experience with a twist and to no surprise received multiple awards quite quickly. It seats only 8 which allows him to prepare everyones food himself and have more of a personal connection to his guests. The seating is bar-like and you are getting the food as soon as it is cooked/prepared, so there is a sense of immediacy to it. Overall, it was great food as always but the experience is what made the restaurant enjoyable.
